Diego Acosta ("we," or "us") operates mobile messaging programs (the "Programs") subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Mobile Messaging Terms"). Our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in a Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.
10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) Messaging Program
We may send transactional and/or marketing mobile messages via a registered 10-digit long code (10DLC) number. Message types include:
- Transactional: Quote confirmations, appointment reminders, policy updates, account notifications, and customer care communications.
- Marketing/Promotional: Health insurance plan options, special offers, coverage tips, and promotional content.

Messages are sent from a standard 10-digit phone number. Message frequency may vary. You agree that we may
send messages using an automated dialing system or automated technology. We do not charge for mobile
messages, but standard message and data rates imposed by your carrier may apply.
Toll-Free Number Messaging Program
We may also send transactional and/or marketing mobile messages from a toll-free number (e.g., numbers beginning with 800, 833, 844, 855, 866, 877, or 888). Message types include:
- Transactional: Quote confirmations, appointment reminders, policy updates, account notifications, and service-related communications sent from a toll-free number.
- Marketing/Promotional: Health insurance plan information, promotions, offers, and related marketing content sent from a toll-free number.
Toll-Free Key Facts
Messages originate from a toll-free number. Consent to receive toll-free messages is collected separately
from consent for 10DLC messages. Message frequency may vary. We do not charge for mobile messages, but
standard message and data rates imposed by your carrier may apply.
General Program Description
Mobile messages may be sent using an automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 5 messages in 1 day. You agree that we may send you messages regarding any of the foregoing topics and that such messages may be sent using different telephone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.
โ ๏ธ Important: Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
User Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box(es) on our contact form, you are voluntarily opting in to the applicable Program(s) and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list.
You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user, you agree to promptly notify us at support@diegoacosta-fl.com.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation in any Program is completely voluntary. Separate opt-in consent is required for: (1) 10DLC transactional messages, (2) 10DLC marketing messages, (3) Toll-Free transactional messages, and (4) Toll-Free marketing messages.
User Opt-Out and Support
You may opt out of any Program at any time. To stop receiving mobile messages, reply one of the following to any mobile message from us:
- STOP
- QUIT
- CANCEL
- OPT-OUT
- UNSUBSCRIBE
You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out.
For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us. Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the foregoing commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with these Mobile Messaging Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranty โ Mobile Messaging
The Programs are offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Programs.
Modifications to Mobile Messaging Programs
We may modify or cancel any Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any modification will take effect when posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically. Your continued participation in any Program constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
Governing Law
The laws of the United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Disputes Resolution
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company directly before pursuing any formal proceedings.
